The manager is polite and helpful, always guiding the technicians. The design turned out exactly like the picture and is very neat. They answered all my questions and helped me pick out colors. While I wish there were more stones and charms, and the nail art takes 1-2 hours, they are understanding if I don't like something and strive to improve. Amazing service as always. Been here for the fourth time in a row. The staff is very welcoming. Kanika has always been very very accommodating. Sapna has been my go to nail stylist for months now..and as always no post services issues at all. 💯💯 Got a chance to try another nail artist here, Bhupendra and gel overlay service came out to be very satisfying to look at. Been to the crown interiors branch, the manager Sneha was so good to me, helped me find the perfect nail and the best service. I am really very satisfied with the result.
